Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fiddler’s Green CBD LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fiddlersgreen-cbd.com and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to us.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item(s) do not meet these requirements.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns on opened or used products, and we cannot accept returns for purchases made from third-party retailers.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
